We’re a dynamic coaching duo who bring complementary expertise to every camp: Andy’s 30+ years of competitive racquet sports experience and proven tournament success combined with Kayci’s active competitive credentials as a high-intermediate to advanced amateur player with multiple championship titles. Together, we specialize in helping intermediate players reach their true potential, especially players in their 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond.

COACH ANDY MITTOWER - Your Tournament-Tested Expert

I’m a PPR Certified Coach and Director of Pickleball at Dill Dinkers with over 30 years of racquet and paddle sports experience. As a tournament player with a 4.97 DUPR rating and numerous podium finishes since 2018, I bring real competitive knowledge to help you break through plateaus and reach the next level.

What I bring to your game:

  • PPR Certified Coach and Instructor
  • DUPR Coach
  • 10+ years of pickleball instruction and coaching experience
  • 30+ years of total racquet and paddle sports playing and coaching
  • Director of Pickleball at Dill Dinkers – Hamilton-Fairfield-Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Tournament player since 2018 with numerous podium finishes
  • Peak DUPR Rating: 4.97 – elite-level competitive experience
  • Member United States Senior Pickleball (USSP)
  • Specialist in working with players 50+ – currently holding USSP Events at Dill Dinkers
  • Dill Dinkers Teaching Pro and Lead Instructor with proven methods and curriculum
  • USTA Member – extensive tennis background

My background: A longtime attorney and business leader, I bring more than three decades of experience not just in pickleball, but in teaching, communicating, and helping others achieve their goals. I’ve been active in Opens, Leagues, Round Robins and Tournaments since 2018 as both an instructor, coach, and professional tournament player. My legal and business background helps me break down complex strategies into clear, actionable steps that players can immediately apply.

MEET YOUR COACH

COACH KAYCI ROH - Your Active Competitor and Breakthrough Facilitator

I’m a highly active and accomplished amateur pickleball competitor based in the Greater Cincinnati area. Recognized for my consistent performance in high-intermediate to advanced brackets, I’ve established myself as a prominent figure within regional circuits like the Dill Dinkers leagues, and I bring that competitive knowledge combined with a passion for facilitating breakthrough moments to every camp.

What I bring to your game:

  • Active regional tournament competitor – consistently placing in Competitive and Joola Group divisions
  • 2026 Championship Record:
    • Gold Medalist: 1st Place, Joola Group Round Robin (March 2026)
    • Division Champion: 1st Place, Competitive Division Round Robin (February 7, 2026)
  • League Standing: Ranked 2nd overall in Dill Dinkers Set Partners League (early 2026)
  • Tournament Experience: Consistent top placements in “Dink the Halls” and “December to Remember” tournaments
  • Strategic partnerships with established regional players – high win percentage in doubles play
  • Competitive tennis background – deep understanding of racquet sport fundamentals
  • Competes in high-intermediate to advanced brackets – reserved for players demonstrating strategic play and technical consistency
  • Gift for facilitating understanding – helping players achieve breakthrough moments
  • Thrives in collaborative environments – working alongside Andy to maximize learning

My competitive credentials: I compete primarily in Competitive and Joola Group divisions, which are reserved for advanced amateur players demonstrating high-level strategic play and technical consistency.

In 2026 alone, I’ve achieved Gold Medal status in the Joola Group Round Robin (partnering with Dustin Anderson), won the Competitive Division Round Robin championship, and maintained a 2nd place ranking in the Dill Dinkers Set Partners League alongside Rebecca Turman. I’m a frequent participant in themed regional tournaments, often appearing in the top tiers of competitive brackets.

My story: I grew up playing tennis, and once I got married and had kids, I gave it up. It was the summer of 2024, and my wife wanted to do something together with the family and suggested pickleball. I’ve been hooked ever since, so hooked that I quickly progressed to competing in high-level regional tournaments.

However, I don’t participate in tournaments just for medals. I believe pickleball should balance competitive excellence with joy, interaction with other players, and not taking everything so seriously. That philosophy drives my coaching.

Here's what makes our approach unstoppable:

Andy’s Tournament-Level Expertise + Kayci’s Breakthrough-Focused Teaching = Complete Player Development

Andy brings 30+ years of competitive experience: With a 4.97 DUPR rating, 10+ years of pickleball coaching, and numerous tournament podium finishes, he understands what it takes to compete at high levels. As Director of Pickleball at Dill Dinkers and a PPR Certified Coach, he’s developed proven methods and curriculum that help intermediate players break through to 4.0 and beyond. His legal and business background means he excels at strategic thinking and clear communication.

Kayci brings passionate facilitation and joyful learning: With a competitive tennis background and tournament success (1st place Mixed Doubles, 2nd place Singles), he understands technique and competition—but his real gift is creating environments where breakthrough moments happen naturally. He thrives in collaborative settings and finds immense satisfaction in helping players achieve those “aha!” moments when everything clicks.

Together, we deliver strategic drilling with genuine enthusiasm: Not boring, repetitive drilling, but purposeful, breakthrough-focused drilling where you hit a bunch of balls while receiving guidance from two coaches with complementary expertise. The kind where Andy’s tournament knowledge meets Kayci’s gift for facilitating understanding. The kind that builds both competitive skills and genuine enjoyment of the game.

We meet you where you are. We drill with purpose and passion. You improve. You enjoy the process. You feel it immediately.

On April 25th, we’re bringing this unique dual-coach approach to just 16 lucky players in Hamilton.

Why We Are Obsessed With Drilling (And Why You Will Be Too)

Most camps spend too much time talking and not enough time doing.

We’re the opposite.

Here’s our philosophy: Drilling = Transformation

You don’t get better by listening to lectures about the third shot drop. You get better by hitting third shot drops repeatedly while two experienced coaches watch and correct you from different angles.

And here’s the truth about why we’re obsessed with drilling:

Because let’s be honest, we all love that moment when we implement something new and it actually WORKS, don’t we?

That moment when you adjust your paddle angle and suddenly your third shot lands exactly where you want it.

That rush when you hit 10 serves in a row to the same spot.

That feeling when your opponent fires a fast ball at you and you put it away cleanly.

You don’t have to wait weeks to see if the coaching worked. You see it immediately. Right there on the court.

That’s why drilling is the heartbeat of our camps. Not because we think it’s good for you (though it is), but because it’s incredibly satisfying to watch yourself improve in real-time.

Andy brings proven methods and curriculum developed through 10+ years of coaching, while Kayci creates the breakthrough moments where everything clicks. Together, we help you progress faster than you thought possible.

Player Stories

See why 98% of our campers recommend this camp.

Hi, I’m Debbie from Oklahoma. I really enjoyed today’s drill. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations. I got plenty of reps, learned many new aspects of the game, and added to my toolbox. It was a great experience.

– Debbie

Hi, I’m Linda. I’m from Iowa. I joined the camp today. It was great to touch on all different aspects. We’re able to drill enough that we got good at all the different aspects. So I’m ready to hit the courts.

– Linda

Hi. I just finished an Obsessed
Pickleballers clinic, and I would
recommend it to anyone who wants to get better. Mark has a great way of explaining things, and he teaches in a way that anyone can get better in the four hour session.

– Camp Attendee

Remember The Last Time You Walked Off The
Court Frustrated?

You know that moment when you replay the match in your head…

…thinking about all the shots you should have made?

…watching players you know you should beat walk away with the win?

…feeling that gap between the player you are and the player you know you could be?

That ends on April 25th.

Because by the time you walk off the court at 1:00PM, something fundamental will have changed. Your body will respond differently. Your mind will read the game differently. And the next time you play, your regular partners will immediately notice something has shifted.

IMAGINE THIS: It's Monday, April 27th (Two Days After Camp)

You walk onto your local court for your regular morning game.

As soon as you start warming up, your playing partners stop and stare.

“What happened to you?”

Your serves are landing deep and aggressive, no more shanks, no more pop-ups. When they return, you’re already reading where the ball is going. Your third shot drop is pulling them out of position. At the kitchen line, you’re controlling rallies with patience and precision they’ve never seen from you before.

By the third game, they’re asking what you did. By the fifth game, they’re asking where you learned it. By the time you leave, they’re asking if you can teach them.

That’s the difference between who you are right now and who you’ll be after the camp.

And it all starts the moment you register, because the transformation begins before you even arrive.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY WALK AWAY WITH (The Real Outcomes)

You'll Dominate Points Without Exhausting Yourself

We’ll teach you how to control rallies through intelligent positioning and smart shot selection, not just power. You’ll start winning more points while using less energy.

Soon after camp, your opponents will be working twice as hard for half the results. While they’re gasping for air, you’ll stay fresh, composed, and ready for the next point.

This is especially important for us 40+ players. We focus on helping you play smarter, not harder, so you can play multiple times a week without burning out or risking injury.

You'll Meet Your New Playing Crew (And Stay Connected For Life)

We’ll connect you with 15 other passionate players at your exact skill level. You’ll exchange numbers, join the Obsessed Pickleballers Community together, and stay permanently connected with everyone you meet.

No one gets left behind. Whether you’re naturally social or more reserved, local or visiting, you’ll be welcomed and seamlessly connected with the entire group through our community platform.

After camp, the group chat starts buzzing with game invites and practice sessions. By next month, you’ll have a regular crew of players who understand your goals, your schedule, and your commitment to improvement, no more showing up alone, hoping to find a good match.

You'll Know Exactly What To Do in Every Situation

We’ll eliminate the hesitation that’s been costing you points. Drive or drop? Your body already knows. When to move to the kitchen? You’re already moving. How to handle the lob? You’re executing before you finish thinking about it.

When you step into matches the following week, your opponents will see the difference. They’ll see a player who moves with confidence and certainty, someone who’s always one step ahead.

You'll Stop Making the Same Mistakes That Have Been Holding You Back

We’ll help you identify the technical flaws that are quietly limiting your game. With Andy’s 30+ years of racquet sports expertise and proven Dill Dinkers curriculum, plus Kayci’s gift for facilitating breakthrough moments, you’ll get multiple perspectives on how to improve.

Most players spend years battling the same weaknesses. You’ll correct yours in a single afternoon, with guidance from two experienced coaches.

That forehand that used to sail long? Now landing deep with topspin.

The backhand you avoided? Now a dependable go-to shot.

The serve that made you nervous? Now setting up points in your favor.

You'll Reignite the Passion You Had When You First Discovered This Game

We’ll show you how good you can actually be. You’ll leave energized, confident, and already looking forward to your next time on the court.

Remember when you first fell in love with pickleball, when you couldn’t wait to play? If that feeling has been fading lately…

On April 25th, it comes roaring back.

Because when you experience what it feels like to play at your true potential, when you finally break through that plateau, that’s when the obsession returns.
